Product Description
NLB series internal combustion bolt wrench
The boxes are all made of aluminum alloy die-casting, which is lightweight and has high strength. Unique lubricating oil glass observation hole, lubricating oil is visually visible.
Adopting original engine, static torque design, full gear transmission, no impact, and longer service life. A reverse torque of up to 850/1000N. m is sufficient to loosen various corroded nuts.
Adopting a sliding working sleeve, control lever, and integrated design of the host, the spline shaft ensures that the sleeve does not fall off when the nut is pushed out.
The torque limiter is placed on top, and the center of gravity of the entire machine is lowered to the track surface, without the need to flip the track. The reverse torque is self-locking.
If it affects the driving when encountering a jam, just pull the safety lock with one hand in case of emergency, and the entire machine can be taken off the track. Within an anchoring error of 15mm, the universal sleeve can automatically align and achieve simultaneous operation of both ends.
The NLB-1000T adopts innovative technology, which not only allows for the removal of nuts, but also enables high-precision oiling of rail sleeper upright bolts. The NLB-2500 adopts a two-stroke engine (imported/domestically produced) and a die cast aluminum gearbox, which is reliable in quality, high in strength, compact and lightweight in structure, and easy to carry; The NLB-2500 has a high working torque and can operate on nuts and bolts of multiple angles and specifications. NLB-650, NLB-1000T, and NLB-1000TG can all be optionally equipped with timely digital display. NLB-650, NLB-1000T, and NLB-1000TG can all be equipped with a 1000 meter wireless remote control shutdown, engine running timer, and gearbox non lubrication alarm system.
