Internal combustion Rail Drilling Machine
NZG-31 Internal combustion Rail Drilling Machine, a portable mechanization tool designed to drill holes in various types of rails, including industrial rail, railway, crane rail, subway track and tram track. It is suitable for line construction, maintenance, emergency repair and overhaul operations in railway works, to provide a consistent and accurate hole, for chokes, couplers and electric traction connectors., in all types of weather conditions. NZG-31 Internal combustion Rail Drilling Machine suitable for vignole and grooved rails, even the hardest and widest ones, thanks to the large drilling stroke (fit both hollow drilling bit and twist bit). The drills are provided with a coolant system consisting of a reservoir and pump for use with suitable cooling lubricants. Robust frame of fixing clamp makes the rail drilling device possible to hold on the rail extremely tightly, preventing vibration and backlashes.
