YD-22 Hydraulic Gasoline Engine Rail Tamping Machine
YD-22 is a lightweight agile tamper, which bridges the gap between manual track geometry repairs and strategic tamping with larger machines.With its compact design, the machine complements the larger tamping fleet by delivering a flexible, low-cost and fast repair solution for shorter maintenance and renewal sites. Purpose of tamping and stabilization of track (ballast bed) is to produce well compacted sleeper supports in order to improve the load distribution across sleepers, restore track to correct geometry. YD-22 hydraulic tamping machine adopts double guide column, single cylinder lifting mode, through the tamping of the line so that the stone ballast has a certain degree of compactness and elasticity, improve the overall stability of the line and smoothness, not only can prolong the service life of the rails, at the same time can also prolong the service life of the wheel pair, so that the train runs more smoothly.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1、the machine adopts high-performance gasoline engine as power, with stable large horsepower output, low fuel consumption rate, low lubricant consumption, low noise and other characteristics. According to the user's needs can also be powered by electric motors or diesel engines. 2、pickaxe support insert ballast depth ≥ 90mm, can be applied to different types of rail line of large and medium maintenance and new line tamping operations. 3、Hydraulic system adopts buckling type hose connector, at the same time increase the tube through the passage, make the hydraulic oil flow increase, improve the operation efficiency. 4、The machine can be easily transported by road to an access point and then mounted on to the track safely and quickly. The rail clamping device adopts automatic rail clamping when it is inserted downward, with quick clamping action and convenient operation! 5、Transmission clutch adopts centrifugal block friction plate structure, which transmits large torque, reduces transmission loss and improves transmission efficiency. 6、The tamper can operate at an impressive 370 sleepers per hour. Each tamping machine has two pairs of tamping arms working at the same time, driven by two clamping cylinders at the same time, with large clamping strength, good tamping quality and high working efficiency.
