This equipment uses a drill shank with a diameter of 19.05mm; Use an external cooling pressure bottle to inject coolant into the center of the spindle, or use a special drill bit that can be used continuously in an environment without coolant; The equipment's rail-clamping device can be quickly installed and removed, taking only about two to three seconds; Equipped with a manual feed device, which can be installed on the left and right sides of the equipment; It consists of the following main elements: A lithium battery pack,Voltage 36V, capacity 12Ah, energy 432Wh; A brushless DC motor and its driver can meet the IP56 usage environment requirements and provide a maximum instantaneous power of 3kw; A set of reduction devices to reduce the brushless DC motor speed to a speed suitable for drilling; A set of single or double templates for 1 type of rail that ensures fast and accurate fixing of the drilling machine (the drawing of the rail and drilling height must be attached to the order); A lever to control the manual advance of the spindle; A spindle for the core; A pressure lubrication and cooling system for the core through the center of the shaft, with a separate reservoir; A universal quick-clamping vice with lever for flat-bottom rails or grooved rails.
